The Behman Group is a nationally recognized wealth management team located in Boston. We work with a select number of ultra-high-net-worth clients who have sophisticated wealth management needs. As members of the Private Banking and Investment Group at Merrill Lynch, we address the intersection of multiple client priorities: personal, professional and philanthropic.

An Accomplished Clientele

We advise a number of senior executives at large public corporations, private equity partners, hedge fund principals, their family members and charitable foundations. We recognize the intricacies of each client’s situation and are skilled in addressing the regulatory requirements that accompany various sources of wealth. Our team is particularly adept in helping Section 16 officers and venture capital partners distill the nuances of non-qualified, performance, ISO and restricted stock strategies; 1202 stock issues; selling plans; and carried interest.
