Bill joined Merrill in 1984. He is a founding member of the group and is an architect of the team’s investment approach. His focus is the ultra-high-net worth segment and he draws on his years of experience, to deliver custom strategic plans and asset allocations to each client’s goals.

With Merrill since 1984, Dwight, one of the founding members of the group, serves as the primary equity strategist for the team. Additionally, Dwight is responsible for evaluating derivative strategies, structuring fixed-income portfolios and formulating asset allocation strategies for high-net-worth clients.

He is passionate about fly-fishing, plays golf and enjoys traveling with his wife, Claire. Dwight supports many charitable organizations including Crystal Charity Ball and UTSW Medical Center. He is a longtime member of the Episcopal Church of the Incarnation and is active in their mission and outreach program “Man Up”.

Raj works closely with the team's clients to develop, implement and maintain integrated wealth management plans, based on their individual needs and aspirations. He has extensive experience in strategic and organizational planning, solving complex issues for business owners since he joined Merrill in 1997. He is recognized for his ability to identify vulnerabilities and ways to help manage client assets.
Raj holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas and graduated from the Financial Advisor Leadership Program, an advanced executive program sponsored by Merrill and taught by faculty from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, Raj holds the Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA®) designation.
Raj’s passion not only lies in developing and solidifying the trust that his clients have placed in him, but also helping them and advising them on how to preserve their wealth and create a well-being in many dimensions of their lives.
Raj is active in several non-profits. He currently serves as the Chairman of the US-India Chamber of Commerce and sits on the boards of The Salvation Army, Pratham (A global organization whose mission is to disrupt illiteracy), American Indian Foundation and the Montessori New Beginnings Academy.
Raj and his wife have two sons and live in Plano, Texas. Raj enjoys family time, meditation, Taekwondo and racing cars.
Sami joined Merrill in 1999. He is a Private Wealth Senior Business Manager within a thirteen-person Merrill Private Wealth Management team. Sami is an architect of his team’s investment approach and focuses on the ultra-high-net-worth segment by drawing on his years of experience to deliver tailored strategic plans and asset allocations to each client’s goals.
While every client and situation is different, Sami's investment approach is designed to be consistently innovative, forward-thinking and goal-oriented. Sami holds the Accredited Asset Management Specialist designation and received his Global Executive MBA from the University of Texas in Dallas, specializing in global business implementation and emerging markets strategies, and was installed as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the international honor society.
Sami served as a member of the French-American Chamber of Commerce and was on the board of DIFFA/Dallas, one of the largest fundraising local charities that provides funding to local HIV/AIDS Service Organizations within the North Texas community. Sami is also involved with the Children’s Medical Center’s ARMS Clinic. Sami enjoys tennis, traveling and fitness training.

Tara joined Merrill in 2003. Tara is responsible for assisting the team with client asset allocation management and analysis. Additionally she is responsible for evaluating a client's priorities through the goals based wealth management process. She is a graduate of the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration.
Tara supports local nonprofits as an active member of the Junior League of Dallas. She enjoys traveling, golfing and photography.

Dave joined Merrill in 1978 and has served in a variety of branch office client service, supervisory and management roles prior to joining our group, bringing nearly 40 years of operations and compliance experience to the team.
Dave is involved in several community organizations and enjoys travel, recreational league ice hockey and spending time with his grandchildren.
Conor Sullivan joined Merrill in 2019 with nearly a decade of financial services industry experience under his belt. He has spent his career helping clients in roles at Goldman Sachs, Morningstar and Fisher Investments. Conor is originally from Nashua, New Hampshire and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Bates College. He lived in Chicago for seven years and visits family regularly in New England and on Long Island, NY.
Since beginning her financial services career with Merrill in 1996, Sherah has been committed to providing exceptional service to clients and support to her colleagues. She has multiple responsibilities, including client account management for ultra-high net worth clients, corporate executives and their families as well as administering restricted stock sales, and draws on a deep knowledge of SEC Rules 144 and 10b5-1. As a key point of contact for clients she strives to organize and simplify their wealth. Her passion for Philanthropy has led her to obtain her CAP® (Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy) designation.
Sherah and her husband Webb, have twin girls and reside in Plano, Texas. She enjoys spending time at the lake with her Family.
Kristina joined Merrill in 2007 and has since worked exclusively with ultra-high net worth individuals and families, helping to identify and implement strategies for their goals and needs. She is CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certificant and believes in always putting clients’ best interests first. She graduated from the University of Houston, Bauer College of Business with a concentration in Finance.
Kristina enjoys cooking and entertaining, spending time with family and friends, and lives in Dallas with her husband, daughter, and Maltese.
Annie joined Merrill in 2015. She comes to the team with a background in residential real estate. Annie graduated from the McCombs School of Business' Business Foundations program from the University of Texas at Austin. She is well versed in the distinctive needs of wealthy families, and enjoys assisting with a wide range of administrative and operational issues. She strives to form long-standing relationships with clients and anticipate their requests in order to make their lives easier.
Annie is a member of the Chi Omega Alumnae of Dallas and enjoys ballet, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Christiana joined Merrill in 2017 and comes to the team with a background in communications. Christiana graduated from Southern Methodist University's Meadows School of the Arts with degrees in communications and advertising. She works as a Private Wealth Associate and maintains a commitment to serving the transactional needs of high-net-worth clients, as well as coordinating client events and managing the team's marketing.
Jena joined Merrill in 2015. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Texas at Dallas. Jena’s main focus is the client experience and helping to ensure the client receives exemplary service they deserve. It is her goal to establish and maintain relationships and to provide the tools to simplify and manage a client’s wealth.
