Peter Rohr joined Merrill in 1987. Over the course of his 35-year career Peter has worked closely with ultra-affluent individuals to address their financial goals and streamline their wealth management services. As a graduate of the first Private Wealth Advisor class within the firm, he works exclusively with affluent individuals and is particularly adept in investment management, estate planning strategies and corporate executive services.
Having received a number of national accolades as a financial advisor, Barron’s Magazine recognized him as one of the "Top 100 Financial Advisors in America" from 2010 to 2022 consecutively (Published annually Mar – April. Rankings based on data as of December 31 of prior year). It also named him one of the "Top 1,200 Financial Advisors in America" from 2009 to 2023 consecutively (Published annually in February-March. Peter holds a number of financial designations including the CFP® certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation, the Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA) designation, the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, CRPC designation and the Chartered Sustainable, Responsible and Impact investing Counselor, CSRIC designation. Peter is also a Global Institutional Consultant, one of only roughly 110 advisors firm wide who are designated to deliver a range of investment consulting services to institutional clients.
In addition, he has held a number of leadership roles within Merrill and is a frequent commentator on wealth management issues for the media and has been quoted in Bloomberg Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Barron's, Forbes and Financial Planning Magazine.
Peter is an active supporter of Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and a volunteer for the Worlds Affair Council Financial Literacy Program, and a sponsor for “Barron’s for Education” at Lincoln University. He served on the board of trustees for the Haverford School and the Finance Board for Episcopal Academy. He is a National Certified Financial Planning Board member and on the advisory board for MANNA. In his free time he enjoys playing squash, competing in triathlons and coaching his children’s lacrosse teams. He and his family live in Malvern, Pennsylvania.

Bill Leckey joined Merrill in 1998 and was selected to the firm’s elite Private Client Development Program. As a Merrill Lynch Wealth Management Advisor, Bill has developed long term financial advisory relationships that are customized to the goals of each and every client. It is his process to promote a systematic approach to investing consistent with each client's investment goals and risk/reward tolerance. Through Merrill, Bill is able to provide a wide array of financial and investment services including financial strategy, retirement planning, estate planning services, college planning and investment portfolio management.
In 2003, Bill earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor designation from The College for Financial Planning Institutes Corp. Bill holds a BSBA in Accounting from Bucknell University and currently resides in Berwyn, Pennsylvania with his wife Alexis. Bill's father Bill Sr. retired from Merrill in 2009 after nearly 40 years of service with the company.
As a member of the Rohr Group, Matt focuses on pre-and post-transaction advice, estate planning services, family legacy planning, philanthropic planning and access to structured credit through Bank of America. Matt is a qualified Portfolio Manager who, in addition to providing traditional advice and guidance, can help clients pursue their objectives by building and managing his own personalized or defined strategies, which may incorporate individual stocks and bonds, Merrill model portfolios, and third-party investment strategies. When servicing clients through the Firm’s Investment Advisory Program, a Portfolio Manager may manage his strategies on a discretionary basis.
Matt is a graduate of Georgetown University and holds a number of professional designations including CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CFP® certification, Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor designation, and the Chartered SRI Counselor, CSRIC designation. Matt focuses on providing a blend of foundational knowledge and scenario learning to work with sustainable, responsible, and impact (SRI) investments for a variety of clients. Matt offers access to fiduciary services with regards to the management of qualified retirement plans.
Matt and his family reside in Fort Washington, PA.

Peter Jr. joined Merrill Private Wealth Management and the Rohr team in 2021 to represent the team as a Private Wealth Manager. He had been with Bank of America since 2019, where he held the role of Relationship Manager at a Financial Center in Nashville, TN. He then earned his Series 7 and Series 66 FINRA registrations and began as Financial Advisor for clients in the Greater Nashville area.
He holds a degree from Sewanee; University of the South with focuses in Economics and History. During his off time he enjoys cycling, squash, and reading. Peter looks forwards to assisting the next generation of clients for the Rohr Group by offering holistic financial advice and education.
Susan Butler has worked at Merrill since 1987. She has held a number of management positions in the firm including Administrative Manager of the Philadelphia Complex. Within the Rohr Group, Susan strives to provide elite concierge services and lifestyle assistance to clients. She also creates customized client reports, resolves technology issues and executes stock option plans.
Susan earned her B.S. in Finance from Canisius College. She holds the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®) designation. She also holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, CRPC® designation.
Beatriz started her career with Bank of America where she held a number of Financial Center roles until 2015 when she became a Business Support Manager within Global Wealth and Investment Management, working on business strategy with a team based out of 4 locations throughout the U.S. and India. In 2017 she transitioned to Market Sales Manager followed by Consumer Banking Market Leader overseeing the performance of Financial Centers in New Jersey. In 2019 Beatriz took the role of Advisor Development Program Market Leader where she was responsible for sourcing and developing top talent for Financial Solutions Advisors in the Financial Centers and Merrill Financial Advisors in the Manhattan/NJ/PA/OH area.
Beatriz earned bachelor’s degrees from Temple University in both Strategic & Organizational Communications and Organizational Psychology. She also holds her Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, CRPC and Chartered SRI Counselor, CSRIC designations.
Gary Baker has worked in financial services since 1995. He has deep capital markets experience with tenures at Deutsche Bank, Butcher’s Hill Capital, Rydex Investments and Fannie Mae. Throughout his career he has focused on account management and trading execution having worked as an equity trader, market maker and account executive. In 2007, Gary joined Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. Within the Rohr Group, Gary focuses on the implementation of the RPM Model, the team’s proprietary Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) model. He also executes all equity trades for the team.
Gary is a graduate of the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Gary serves as a Board member for Beat the Streets Philadelphia, a youth wrestling organization with a goal to positively alter the life trajectory of student athletes as well as Board member of the University of Pennsylvania's alumni wrestling association. In addition he volunteers as a coach with Conestoga Youth Wrestling Association.
Jonathan joined the Rohr Group in 2018. Jonathan began his career with Merrill in 2009 with the Wealth Management Client Services Department and most recently was with Merrill Edge as a Financial Solutions Advisor. Jonathan is responsible for evaluation and performance reporting of external investment managers. He also provides a range of reporting services, including performance review reports, wealth management strategy reports and custom reports. Jonathan earned his M.B.A. from Rider University and his B.B.A. from Temple University with a major in finance. Jonathan holds the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor, AWMA and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, CRPC designations.
Bruce has worked in financial services since 1988. He began his career at Wilmington Trust Company where he spent 22 years primarily as a portfolio manager for ultra high net-worth and institutional clients. In 2010, Bruce moved to Merrill Private Wealth Management. Within the Rohr Group, Bruce focuses on portfolio construction, trading and security/manager selection.
Bruce holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Delaware. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation.
Bruce previously served on the Finance Committee of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Wilmington, Delaware. He and his wife Susan live in Wilmington with their three children.
Gabrielle joined Merrill in 2011. Prior to joining the firm she worked at O’Neill Consulting as a third party administrator for health and welfare funds as well as pension funds. Her career also includes 11 years in the health care sector where she focused on sales and operations.
Within the Rohr Group, Gabrielle focuses on addressing day to day client needs and tracking down solutions.
Gabrielle and her husband Joe live in Glenside, Pennsylvania with their dog Cisco.
Rita Mangini joined Merrill in 1983. She has worked with Peter Rohr since 1991. Within the Rohr Group, Rita has particular depth in operations, bookkeeping, employee stock options, restricted stock management, trust accounts and new account administration.
Catherine joined the team in 2015. She has her MBA in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Temple University. Catherine has 18 years of experience in the financial industry including 15 years at Merrill. She brings knowledge in new account administration, restricted stock management and daily operations. Catherine focuses on the servicing of client’s day to day needs.
Gustavo Gutierrez is a Private Wealth Senior Investment Manager for the Rohr Group. He is responsible for evaluating portfolio performance, assessing and selecting investment vehicles and creating customized reports. Gustavo also assists the portfolio management team in maintaining model allocations and implementing trading.
Gustavo has worked in financial services since 2000. He began his financial services career at Credit Suisse First Boston where he was an Associate. He then spent nearly seven years with Merrill Private Wealth Management where he was a Business Analyst. From 2008 to 2013, Gustavo was a Private Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse Securities USA.
Gustavo earned his B.A. from Cornell University. He holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation sponsored by the Investments & Wealth Institute™ (The Institute) at the Wharton School.

Sandy joined Merrill in 1997 and prides herself on providing superior service that’s consistent with the team philosophy of putting clients’ interests above all else. Previous to her long career at Merrill, Sandy worked in banking and financial services for five years. Sandy graduated with honors from Chestnut Hill College with a B.S. in Business Management. Sandy holds the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor, AWMA designation.
Scott Rollick joined Merrill in 1985. Within the Rohr Group he focuses on fixed income investing and trading drawing on his substantial experience in these areas.
Scott holds a B.A. in History and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania from which he graduated in 1984.
