In the past we have successfully delivered Bank of America's as well as Merrill’s broad product and service platforms through presenting creative lending solutions from home financing to private business funding to levered recapitalizations.
Before recommending an investment program, we conduct a thorough analysis of the clients’ current estate planning and asset allocation. We look to fulfill the client’s estate goals and philanthropic endeavors by coordinating Merrill wealth structuring resources with the client's own tax and legal advisors. For clients whose private and business assets are inter-linked, we provide access to middle market investment bankers, employee benefits consulting, succession planning and other business financial services.
